Introducing Local Landscapes by Shaw Contract
The Local Landscapes collection is designed to reflect the natural biomes found in our local environment and fulfils our collective desire to bring the outdoors inside – celebrating the many ways we can design spaces that complement nature.
Local Landscapes consists of three styles that can be combined in countless creative ways, allowing you to create a striking statement floor or a seamless blend with your interior design:
- ELEMENT: The soft, organic nature of the Element tile offers a textural foundation. Subtle, near-solid neutrals accentuated with soft, flowing accents.
- MIGRATE: Shift colours. Blend patterns. The Migrate tile naturally creates transitions between the Landscape tile and Element tile.
- LANDSCAPE: An abstract organic pattern ebbs and flows with an understated texture that meets foundational softness in any local landscape.
The Local Landscapes collection consists of 6 biomes that reflect the natural world around us.
COAST

GRASSLAND
Elysian fields, amber waves, open prairies, a solitary tree.

DESERT

FOREST
Temperate, boreal, tropical. Cool and primeval.

MOUNTAIN
Everchanging elevation creates changes in the air and underfoot.
Ancient rock, reaching the sky in a long goodbye to the sea.
ARCTIC
Polar opposites attract. Glacial ice gives way to water.
