House 18 by Three Birds Renovations, featuring EC, brought to you by Jacobsen
Three Birds Renovations was founded by three best friends, Bonnie, Erin and Lana, with a shared belief that every woman deserves to create a home she loves.
What started as a passion project has grown into the world's largest community of women supporting women through renovation, building and styling. Through their online courses, Three Birds Reno School and Three Birds Styling School, they've guided more than 40,000 women through their own renovation journeys. They're also the authors of Australia's number one home improvement book.
House 18 is their latest project.
Set in Sydney, the brief was for a forever home. Warm enough for family life but refined enough to last. The home has an abundance of natural light which became so central to the design vision that it inspired the name: Maison Soleil, House of Sun.
Throughout the interiors, every material choice was made to honour that light. That's where Dawson Falls in Sunlit came in.
Dawson Falls is a chunky loop pile carpet made from 100% Premium New Zealand wool, manufactured in Australia.

Why did Three Birds Renovations choose Dawson Falls?
The natural wool tones sit quietly against the warmth of the space and the subtle low sheen that is unique to wool catches the light beautifully.
It's a modern take on a traditional material: practical, enduring and warm underfoot.
In a home named for the sun, it felt like the right fit.
