Meet the new Jacobsen Everlast Laminate range
Meet the new Jacobsen Everlast Laminate range. Designed for everyday living and light commercial spaces, Everlast combines premium realism, outstanding durability and water resistance in a beautifully crafted laminate floor that’s made to go the distance.
Available in two versatile formats, the 8 mm range (193W x 1213mmL) and the 10 mm range (235W x 1525mmL), Everlast offers flexibility in both design and performance. With a floating installation system, it’s as practical to install as it is impressive to live with.
Authentic texture you can see and feel
Everlast features Embossed-in-Register technology, a premium manufacturing process that aligns the surface texture precisely with the printed wood grain. Knots, grooves and grain patterns sit exactly where you expect them. This, coupled with a four-sided pressed bevel edge profile creates a true 3D surface that looks and feels remarkably close to natural timber. The result is a refined, high-end finish that brings warmth and realism into any residential or commercial interior.
Built for durability
At the heart of Everlast is a high-density, extra-stable core that is 35% more stable than standard laminate. A commercial-grade wear layer delivers excellent scratch and stain resistance, helping the floor stand up to daily wear, pet claws and foot traffic. With an AC4 abrasion rating, Everlast is suitable for residential and light commercial use, including classrooms, small offices, hotels and boutiques.
Water resistant
Everlast is engineered with a premium finish for a surface that can handle everyday moisture with confidence. Independently tested to NALFA and ISO standards, Everlast achieves a swelling rate of just 5–7% after 24 hours of submersion, well below the water-resistant threshold. This performance test supports up to 100 hours* of water resistance, giving added peace of mind in busy spaces.
*New Zealand E3 Internal Moisture documentation for this product is being developed.
Precision quality, checked by hand
Every plank in the Everlast range is manually inspected to ensure premium quality and consistency. Precision diamond knives are used to shape the click system under Unilin licence, delivering accurate joins, long-term performance and a seamless finished floor.
Designed with sustainability in mind
Everlast is produced using a closed, energy-efficient manufacturing process. Dust from cutting is recovered and reused to generate steam for the hot press, reducing waste and energy consumption. The range is manufactured in an ISO 14001:2015 certified factory and is also FSC® certified, supporting responsible forest management and a more sustainable future.
