Carlaw Park Student Village

Stuart McCutcheon House, New Zealand’s largest new student housing project, opened in February 2023. Inspired by American college accommodation and designed by architects Ashton Mitchell, the award-winning University of Auckland facility was developed and built by Haydn+Rollet, settting the benchmark for sustainable, community-oriented urban living.

In collaboration with the development team, Jacobsen designed a custom carpet tile to be rolled out in various colours for each of the levels.
