CoolTranz Headquarters
The official wrap-up for stage three of CoolTranz’s new HQ, located in Hornby, Christchurch, has now been completed. Set on a 15,000 m² site, the cool store and distribution centre is an impressive 1,700 m² facility that boasts eight loading docks, each with sectional insulated doors, inflatable dock seals, and hydraulic dock levellers.
This was a multi-staged project, the most recent phase of which saw the completion of a new fuel depot that ensures CoolTranz’s operational efficiency now and into the future. The meticulously designed architectural office space encompasses 433 m² and includes an exterior courtyard area.
Designed by Cohesive Group, the full project took 16 months to complete and has now been entered into the Master Builders Awards. The development is a reflection of CoolTranz’s commitment to excellence, setting a new benchmark for industrial workplaces in the region.
