BrandSpec
BrandSpec’s new headquarters in Wiri, Auckland, is an impactful fusion of functionality, creativity and sustainability. Designed by Erini Compton and Sebastian Negri from StudioStudio, the space embodies the company's values through bold design choices, sustainable materials and elements that tell the brand story. Featuring Desso Grezzo carpet tiles arranged in an intricate, print-inspired flooring design, this project has been recognised as a finalist in the 2024 Best Awards for Colour Spatial.
CBRE Head Office, Auckland
The new workplace strategy of CBRE’s head office on Level 37 of ANZ Centre in Auckland, designed by STACK Interiors, allowed them to condense to a single floor within the same building and shift to a fully agile way of working. This required careful consideration of the single floorplate to ensure a balance between open collaborative areas and enclosed spaces for focused work, with form, shape and greenery creating intimate, inviting and tactile spaces.

APL Hautapu
