The new workplace strategy of CBRE’s head office on Level 37 of ANZ Centre in Auckland, designed by STACK Interiors, allowed them to condense to a single floor within the same building and shift to a fully agile way of working. This required careful consideration of the single floorplate to ensure a balance between open collaborative areas and enclosed spaces for focused work, with form, shape and greenery creating intimate, inviting and tactile spaces.

This case study delves into the APL Hautapu project, located in Cambridge, New Zealand. APL (Architectural Profiles Limited) Hautapu is an industrial workplace designed by Jasmax and built by Foster Construction. The goal of this large-scale project was to create a sustainable building that would serve the company for the next 50 years. This case study explores the project's background, design considerations, sustainability features, and the selection of Jacobsen products.
